  2. PMC Bank is not undertaking online trading or shopping though this programme and directly not offering, selling, gifting or rendering any of the services, offers, goods, discounts, cashback etc. to you.
  3. Any services, coupons, deals, products availed by you from this offering is provided to you directly on a principal to principal basis by the concerned agencies/companies, without any direct, express or tacit involvement, action, inaction on the part of PMC Bank.

  7. Information, content, pricing, restrictions, returns and/or refund policies that may appear on the YoLokal or it's partner websites have not been verified by PMC Bank and PMC Bank shall not be liable for any of those represented.

PMC Bank shall, under no circumstances, address any dissatisfaction, concern, grievance, dispute, demands, suit, actions or other proceedings arising out of your transaction with YoLokal and PMC Bank shall have no role or responsibility at any point in time, towards resolving such concern, grievance or dispute, suit, actions or other proceedings. Further, under such circumstances, there shall be no claim, recourse or remedy against PMC Bank, whatsoever.
  9. PMC Bank may chose to withdraw the programme/offering at any point without prior notice.
